The hotel is located in a beautiful house. Very nice rooms, hot water, comfortable beds. Rooms are big enough. The location is just perfect - 5 minutes to the city center.
There was nobody at the hotel when we arrived so we had to wait for about half an hour. Man at the reception did not speak English.

This hotel in the heart of the city was an excellent find. The prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for the money. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with modern appliances seamlessly blended with the charming 17th-century decor. The staff, especially Mosé at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay, providing helpful recommendations and assistance with directions.
No major issues, everything was just fine.

This hotel has charming old style character, a low price, very friendly staff, and is only a ten minute walk to the old hill city (part of the "walk" is on an outdoor escalator up a hill). The buffet breakfast included lots of different things, rather than being limited to croissants and coffee. Wireless internet worked perfectly. There is mini- metro below the hotel that takes five minutes to the train station, which is below the city. (Coming from the train station, the uphill walk would be hard with heavy bags, but there is also a bus that stops in front of the hotel.)

The hotel had a great location as it was very near to the mini metro, which made it easy to reach the train station quickly. it was near the center of town, making it a convenient location to explore the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms had nice little balconies with good security.
The bathroom and room were outdated and could use some renovation.

The hotel provided excellent value for money with its charming pension-style setup. I loved the combination of modern appliances and 17-century charm in the rooms, including high ceilings and wooden shutters. The view from our room was absolutely fabulous, and the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the historic city center. The staff, especially Mosé at the reception, were incredibly helpful, providing us with a map and great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The morning croissants and coffee were also top-notch.
No mention of any negative aspects in the reviews.

We were impressed by the convenient location of the hotel, with private parking available for a reasonable fee. We loved how easily accessible the historic center of Perugia was, just a short walk away. The continental breakfast provided a good start to our day. Despite the lack of AC in our room, the two electric fans kept us comfortable. The customer service was exceptional, and the beautiful building added to the overall charm of our stay.

Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Lastly, the rooms had breathtaking views of the city. Waking up to such a beautiful sight was a real treat.
A small downside was that the TV in the room was a bit small.
